Seeing in BW and panorama mode

Second post in a day! Trying to see in black and white and with a panorama frame of mind. The Fujifilm GFX 100S has a mode known as 6524, which is 65mm x 24mm sensor size, to simulate what the Hasselblad X-PAN/Fujifilm TX1 sees. The film camera use standard 35mm film, but exposes 2 frames each time to create the panoramic image.

I began this morning with the GF 50mm f/3.5 lens, but a shooting friend suggested to try it with the GF 23mm f/4. And here are the results as I walked about during dinner. The images are made in-camera jpeg with Acros film simulation. In this mode, the viewfinder is black and white and is masked for the format.

First up, back in Tanglin Halt. 10 minutes to opening time, the queue at Western Chef is already very long. Gave up, and went to Timbre+ nearby.

Arrived at Timbre+, impressed with the sizable crowd on a Saturday evening.

The Big Bern's Food Truck

A photographer was doing his work, taking food photographs with his stylist. I did not go near, as I didn't want to outgun his Nikon D7 with my Fujifilm GFX 100. He was working with constant light.

The Bottle Shop seems to be doing a roaring business. As I passed near, noted that three of the beer taps had signs "SOLD OUT" hanging from them.

And on the way out, noticed some kids playing futsall in the court. Tried...perhaps not successfully, though on the other hand might have caught a bit of the speed.
