Peek into a family restaurant - Hans in Chinatown Point

Another quick post for today, though the photography behind this picture is not quick, straightforward nor easy.

The location is Hans Signatures cafe in Chinatown Point. And the entire scene is rather nostalgic, with a 1970s feel.

This photograph was taken with the usual Hasselblad H3D, but with the HM16-32 film back attached. The film loaded is the Fuji Acros (original formulation), which expired in November 2019, but has been kept in my freezer since purchased new in Tokyo circa 2015. The lens used was the Hasselblad HC 3.5-4.5/50-110mm lens.

The Acros was developed with Ilford ID11 developer for 6:45 min and Ilford Rapid Fixer for 3 min, "scanned" with Hasselblad H3D-39 with HC 4/120 Macro lens with Profoto strobe lighting. This was printed on Ilford Multigrade Pearl IV paper to 8x10 and available as a hand print.
