Raffles Place

A walkabout in Raffles Place on a Saturday morning. Not many people around.

Raffles Place MRT entrance to the underground station.

With the rest of the CBD in the background:

Looking up, the view of the tall buildings around the square. I decided to do this with Acros film simulation in black and white. But show the colour image just after.

In colour, the scene takes in a bit of a cinematic feel. The lens flare being more prominent.

And a feature wall, by Ocean Building, just beside the MRT entrance.

A tea shop in the 1 Raffles Place, leading to the MRT.

All photographs were taken with Fujifilm GFX 50S II with Hasselblad HC 3.5-4.5/50-110 + H Adapter. I regretted bringing the lens after walking with the camera for a while, as the lens made the setup very heavy. But somewhat ameliorated when I saw the results. Love the way the lens renders, which to my eyes, feel a bit more analog than the clean digital look of a more modern lens design.
