Lower Pierce Reservoir is a nice enclave of respite in this busy, crowded city. I go by once in a while, to just relax.
In the distance, the grounds of the Singapore Island Country Club. On the middle a small jetty, built in the colonial period, which I am rather fond of. And the foreground are the rocks which line this side of the shore of the reservoir. Photographed with the Fujifilm GFX 50S II with GF23mm lens in 65:24 aspect ratio mode in camera with Acros film simulation.
And a bald tree. I have photographed this tree several times...always thinking it will make a good picture, but never liking the result. But I will publish this anyway.
This was photographed full frame on the GFX 50S II with the GF23 in colour, but converted to Acros film simulation in ACR.
