Singapore entered what is known as Phase 2 Heightened Alert on May 16 to June 13. Some restrictions were relaxed for the week of June 13 to 21, but dining in remains forbidden. And the entire shopping belt is almost empty during the day. These photographs were taken at about 10:30am. Hasselblad H3D-39 with HCD 4/28 lens, handheld as usual.
