Tanglin Halt walkabout with photo group

Went for a photo walk with the Fujifilm GFX Singapore group earlier this morning. Photographs were taken with the GFX 100S with either the GF23 or the GF50 lenses.

As covered in an earlier post, this neighbourhood is slated to be demolished and re-developed.

An old school provision store. If you look closely towards the left there is a sign put up by the owner - No Photo. LOL.

A short walk over to some mid-rise flats, and we were presented with this view of Biopolis. Image is cropped.

Looking into the Hindu temple in the area. This was taken with the GF 110 lens, kindly loaned for this shot by a fellow photo walker.

And the walk leader, reliving his childhood days.

Yes, its him again - Ivan Joshua Loh, inviting the group to follow:

Among the eight of us, maximum allowed by law in Phase 3, there were 4 who were armed with the new GFX 100S. And photographers do what photographers do...waiting for the dog in the background to cross so that it is framed by the bridge.

The prata man, doing a roaring business on this Saturday morning.

And friendly locals, like this gentleman, who gamely posed for us.

And a final parting shot, of the bicycle mechanic's work station. He has not yet arrived for work when were there.
