A bit different today. Two portraits taken on site of Niven Leong, aka Uncle Chicken, the second generation owner of Sin Kee Famous Chicken Rice. This stall started in 1971 by his father in Margaret Drive Hawker Centre. When the elder Mr. Leong passed away, his two sons - Niven and Benson inherited the business. Benson has his own stall in Holland Close, and today I had the opportunity to take the portrait of Niven, who now operates from Ubi.
