HDB designs have evolved over the years, with the most recent ones designed by private architects instead of house design by HDB of the older flats. For this post, I visited the new SkyParc @ Dawson, which is just completed, and not completely occupied. From the vantage points of the gardens in level 33 and 39, I managed to get these photographs of the adjacent SkyTerrace.
SkyTerrace @ Dawson is developed and built by Scda Architects which is a design studio seamlessly integrating architecture, interiors and landscape. The environment is very pleasing.
The development comprise of a total of 758 units and was completed in 2015. These are made up of five residential 40 to 43-story towers and a 4-story linear car-park podium. The residential towers and car-park podium are connected to sky bridges.
