The newer HDB developments are looking more and more like private condominiums with their architect designed towers. Prices are approaching private housing prices too, especially in the urban areas like Kallang. Here is the Kallang Trivista was completed in May 2016.
The project has 808 units spread across three residential blocks standing at 26 to 30 storeys. There are 99 Studio Apartments/2-room Flexi1, 168 3-room, 431 4-room and 110 5-room flats. The view from these towers is towards the CBD, and must be breathtaking, especially from the higher floors.
